Installation Guidelines
Nuke-Install strives to provide top of the line service to all our customers.
In order for us to do this we have a few guidelines we need our customers to
follow. Below you will find information that is important to make sure your
order is completed in a timely manner.
Order Process:
To ensure you order is made completely and throughly we all our
customers to complete the following steps:
1. Before placing your order please review our
Service
Guidelines. Our Service Guidelines provide valuable information related
to your order. It also states our policies and guidelines.
2. Find the service that best fits your needs. Once you have found the
service you require click the Add to Cart beside the requested service.
You will then be taken to our secure order form will you will place your order and provide the necessary information for us to complete your order.
3. Once you have completed your order and your payment has been submitted, we will be informed of your order and we will be in contact with you shortly on the status of your or4der through our ticket based support system.
Payment:
To ensure that we are compensated for our services we are now
requesting that all payment be placed before our service is performed. This
policy in not negotiable.
Service Guarantee:
We want all our customers to have peace of mind that their service will be
completed 100% and in a timely manner. With that in mind we have setup so
guarantees that we will follow to make sure that you are completely happy with
the outcome of our service.
1. We guarantee that all services will completed in relation to our
Service Timeline listed below:
- Basic Installations - Started and completed within 24 hours
- Advanced Installations - Started and completed within 24 hours
- Conversions - Started within 24 hours and finished within 72 hours
- Upgrades - Started within 24 hours and completed within 72 hours
- Additional service ordered will be completed based on complexity and
size
2. If for any reason the service cannot be completed due to corrupt database,
missing files, or any other reason the customer will be refunded 100%.
3. When performing any service we will only access and modify files that
pertain to the service ordered. We will not access separate folders, files,
databases, or any other components not related to the install/conversion
ordered.
